The People Behind It
Boot Camp CPD was founded by Frank Alfano – a former criminal and quasi-criminal defence practitioner with 33 years of courtroom experience, credentials from the University of London (LL.B.) and Osgoode Hall (LL.M.), and a career that started not in a lecture hall, but in a courtroom.
Frank didn't learn law by reading about it. He learned it by doing it – with reps, pressure, and real consequences on the line. That's the standard he built Boot Camp CPD around.
Our speaker roster is built the same way. We bring in top practitioners and educators who know their subject matter cold and can teach it in a way that translates to actual practice. These are not keynote speakers. They are working professionals who have been in the rooms, done the hearings, and handled the files.
