About This Program

Knowing the law isn't enough. Knowing how to use it - that's advocacy.

This program applies the same high-intensity, coach-driven format as the Cross-Examination Bootcamp, but shifts the focus to legal argument and oral submissions. Candidates learn how to take the facts they've elicited — through cross-examination, admissions, and the record — and turn them into a persuasive, structured argument that moves a decision-maker.

Each candidate works with a coach on a scenario, develops their submission strategy, and delivers their argument on camera. The coach then models the approach and provides direct, practical feedback on structure, persuasion, and delivery.

Legal argument isn't about reciting case law. It's about building a logical, compelling path from the facts to the result you're asking for — and closing off every exit for the other side.

2–3 exercises per session. Recorded. Coached. Pressure-tested.

Because the courtroom doesn't reward preparation in theory. It rewards preparation that shows.

This program is held at our Hamilton office, located at 1437 King Street East, Hamilton, Ontario.
