Oleksii Tyshchenko

Oleksii Tyshchenko is a licensed paralegal known for his sharp advocacy and rapid rise in the courtroom. A graduate of Durham College’s Paralegal Program, Oleksii trained under veteran advocate Francesco Alfano, where he developed a practical, results-driven approach to defending clients.

Early in his career, Oleksii earned the nickname “Young Gun”—a reflection of both his age and his ability to secure wins shortly after being licensed. Within his first six months of practice, he demonstrated a level of courtroom confidence and effectiveness well beyond his years.

Oleksii brings a strong passion for law and advocacy to every file he handles, with a focus on preparation, precision, and persuasive argument. He is currently pursuing a university degree with the goal of becoming a lawyer, continuing to build on his foundation in litigation and client advocacy.
